You will see there the progress and the knowledge acquired by the monks several centuries before our scientists in the west. The various instruments and ingredients (minerals, plants, animals) used in the preparation of remedies are also exposed.The centerpiece of the museum is the \"Great Thangka\" which along its 618 meters has no equal in the world. Thirty-seven years were needed for 400 schoolchildren and artists to represent Buddhism as a whole: its deities, symbols, history and doctrine.
