Hello,<\/p>\n

I’m getting back to you with our opinion on our stay in China, a little late; please excuse me.<\/p>\n

We were very satisfied overall with the services which met our expectations.<\/p>\n

The accommodations were generally well located for sightseeing; the one in Beijing was within walking distance of the hutongs, allowing quick access to the metro; the one in Xi’an was also very good, with comfort beyond what we expected; in Yuangshuo, the standard of the hotel was lower but the welcome and the setting more than justified this choice.<\/p>\n

Finally in Shanghai, a comfortable hotel with a rather impersonal reception, but close to the metro entrances.<\/p>\n

A few doubts when we got off the plane because no one was there to welcome us in Beijing or Shanghai, especially since phone calls were not possible with our phones (we are not very good with technology…), which meant we had to manage to reach the local managers, but they were very efficient and available, whatever the time we needed them.<\/p>\n

We really appreciated that the airport\/hotel\/train station journeys as well as the tickets were arranged in advance by yourself, we would have been in difficulty if we had to do it alone.<\/p>\n

Regarding the visits, we did most of it alone but appreciated the guide in Xi’an, who was very pleasant, gave good advice and was very knowledgeable about Xi’an and the region; for Guilin, the guide was more distant, not very talkative, the visits often went by too quickly for our liking (bike ride, hiking), the impression that we had to do things quickly, feeling more uncomfortable even when we asked her questions about local life. We were able to make the comparison with the guide in Xi’an with whom the contact was easier.<\/p>\n

In short, overall, we came back delighted with this stay, and will recommend your services to people who cannot travel completely independently.<\/p>\n

Your support in the preparations, taking into account our budgetary restrictions and our desires, was very much appreciated.<\/p>\n
