All this within a small and very friendly group, led by two of our amazing guides, Val\u00e9rie and Daniel, whose great knowledge of the customs and traditions and the history of the region made this trip a source of discoveries! I came back with lanterns in my eyes and very \u00ab\u00a0energized\u00a0\u00bb by the daily practice of Qigong in the parks and Taijiquan in a Taoist temple under the benevolent gaze of Master Wang and Val\u00e9rie Shifu!<\/p>\n<p>Ten thousand thanks!
